The easiest cake ever. If you or your guests are into chocolate, make it!

Preparation time +/- 60 minutes
Serves 10 people
125 grams butter, in small cubes
375 grams dark chocolate, chopped
175 grams brown suger
35 grams plain flower, sived
cup op almond flour
2 tbsp of milk
Preheat your oven at 170 degrees Celcius.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a (sauce)pan with boiling water. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Mix it well until you have a shiny mixture. Mean while, mix the other ingredients, apart from the eggs, in a bowl and add the chocolate/butter mixture until well mixed. Add the 4 eggs and mix together for a few minutes.
Butter a cake pan and cover the bottom with baking paper. Poor the batter buttered cake pan, cover the pan with tin foil and put it in the pre-heated oven for 40 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool completely in the cake pan. This cake actually tastes best the day after you baked it:-) You can keep it in the fridge for a couple op days, no problem.
Really, that simple! Very nice with raspberries, strawberries or blueberries and some cream.
