Salvador Dali - exhibition in Moscow

Updated: Mar 20

We can highly recommend to visit this exhibition! It shows a huge diversity of his work, his great artistic talent and his long creative journey to become a painter. There are over 180 paintings, drawings, watercolors and engravings by Dali displayed in seven different halls. That makes this the biggest exhibition of Dali’s work that has ever been shown in Russia.

Dali is one of the most famous surrealists of the 20th century. His most iconic work is “The Persistence of Memory” with the image of the soft melting pocket watches.

The exhibition “Salvador Dali, Magic Art” started on January 28th and will be held until March 25th at the Manege Exhibition Hall.

Since it’s currently so popular, we recommend you to buy tickets online and to visit the exhibition as early as possible (before 11AM). It’s getting more crowded over the course of the day. The tickets cost 600 Rub/person during the week and 750 Rub/person on the weekend. The audio guide costs 350 Rub/person and is available in Russian and English.

TIP: All texts at the exhibition are in Russian, so we recommend to get an audio guide for more background information.

Enjoy your visit!

Location: Manege Sq, 1

Metro: Teatral'naya, Ploschad' Revolyutsii
